He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Bailey (Matt); his father Davison Biggar; his sisters, Stephanie Skinner, Debbie Connors (Blaine), Leslie Karmun (Porter) and Lisa Biggar; and his niece Jessica MacDonald (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
