He was predeceased by: his sister Kim; and his stepsisters, Missy and Allison. He is survived by: his parents, Joan MacLeod (Allister) and Wayne Paterson (Gilda); his wife Shelley (Kenney); his sons, Ian and Joel; his stepsiblings, Tami (Blaine), Corey and Cindy; his in-laws, Harold and Ruth; his brothers-in-law, Peter and Michael (Heather); and his nieces and nephews, Cassie (Robert), Olivia, Madison, Maggie, Jillian, Brenna (Josh), Jana (Brandon), Christian, William, Cameron, Mitchell, Blake, Reid, Aaron, Devon and Roman.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
