It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Charles Oakley (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oakley and Hazel Oakley (Thornton); and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Kelly and Jean Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Linda (De Gruchy); his children, Bill (Tracey) and Leanne (Mike Fleet); his grandchildren, Ryan Warwick (Lindsey Harnish), Adam Oakley, Charlotte and Lyla Fleet; his sister Pat Oakley; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Kelly and David Carrol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
