With solemn reverence, we commemorate William Hodgins of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, whose life came to an end on February 25, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hodgins and Rose Hodgins; and his niece Diana. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Rose (David), Wesley, Lynsey (Felicia) and Ian (Nicole); his sisters, Margaret (Chris) and Carolyn (Danny); and his nieces and nephews, Adam (Cheryl), Dimitri (Stacey), Athena and Paula (Kevin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Red Cross.

“To all the Hodgins family I met Billy at the VG Emerg Dept many years ago he and his paramedic teammate Eugene MacDonald were quite the pair of wonderful, compassionate and funny guys. There are lots of good memories while working with Billy he always shared his thoughts, life and laughter with everyone in the ER.
