Winifred Bell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Bell (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 18, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent David Diggs; her husband Kenneth "Pops" Bell; her siblings, Pearl, Harold, Vera and John; and her daughter Claudia.

She is survived by: her parent Frances Diggs (Ross); her children, George, Troy, Barbara, Frances, Gloria, Rose and Rhonda; her siblings, David, Mary and Ada; and her children, Beverly Wyse, Mesije James and Barry Thomas. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, eight great great-grandchildren.

Burial will take place in East Preston United Baptist Church Cemetery, In lieu of flowers donations Oakwood Terrace or a charity of choice.
