It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnifred Mildred Day of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Bernard Carroll and Anna Elizabeth Carroll (Bernard); and her siblings, Patrick Carroll, Marion Carroll, Regina Gillis and Anne MacDonald.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Marlene Weidinger of Calgary, AB. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Wildlife Federation and Dartmouth SPCA.
