He is survived by: his wife Linda (Wilson); his children, Andrew Chapman, Michael Chapman (Michelle Kirby) and Amy Chapman; his grandson Noah Hadley (Maddy Porter); his children, Lexi Turner, Isaac Chapman and Greenwich; and his siblings, Darrell Chapman, Cathy Armstrong (John), Pat Theberge (Ron), Alberta, Joan Carlisle (Bill) and Wanda.
