He is survived by: his parent Mary Margaret Holbein (Thomas); his spouse Valerie Ann Ruth Holbein; his children, Liane Johnson (Donald), Donald Holbein Jr. (Stephanie) and Bradley Holbein (Sarah); his daughter-in-law Darlene Holbein; his sister Deanna Isley; his sisters-in-law, Mary Milner and Helen Brazolot; his grandchildren, Evan Holbein (Samantha), Brett Holbein, Justin Johnson (Heather), Katie Pascoe (Jon), Jessica Wright (Kevin) and Paton Gosse; his great grandchildren, Noah, Lathan, Mason Pascoe, Bentley, Lexus, Hudson Johnson, Emma, James Wright and Beckett Holbein; and his nieces and nephews, Paul, David, Alissa Milner, Kevin, Kim Brazolot, James Dean Isley, Jeanette Beaver, Mark, Brant, Kari and Mike Holbein.
