She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Andrews and Grace Andrews (Bent); her husband Bernie Bell; and her brother Oscar Andrews. She is survived by : her daughter Cindy Bell; her grandchildren, Jared and Tiffany; her great grandchildren, Clarisa, Joey and Tucker; and her sister-in-law Beverly Ferguson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
