He was predeceased by : his parents, William Ross and Eva Gertrude Walker (Masters); and his brother Edwin Henry Walker. He is survived by : his sister Lillian Walker of Canning; his nieces, Ashley Baker of Digby and Crystal Baker of Canning; and his pet Rocky.

Memorial donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke, Diabetes Canada or Canadian Cancer Society.
