Lina Doucet Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lina Doucet of Digby, Nova Scotia, born in Little Brook, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ulysse Thimot and Monique Thimot (Comeau); her husband Pierre; and her brothers, Raymond and Maurice.

She is survived by : her children, Mariette Hamilton (Brian), Nelson (late Joanne), Maurice (Carol), Brighton, Hector (late Bernice), Alphonse (Gail), Grosses Coques, Nil (Lisa) and Jude (Lydia); her siblings, Eddie, Little Brook, Adele Turner (Ed), Agnes Saulnier, Tideview Terrace, Delbé (Sylvia), Lea Power, Caroline Patterson (Gary) and Comeauville; and her sister-in-law Doreen Thimot. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
