He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dugas and Grace Dugas (Handspiker); his son Brian; and his siblings, Archie, Jackie and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Liz Durling; his siblings, Eileen and Carl; his children, Robert (Pam), Brenda (Mark) and Richard (Amy); his stepchildren, Tracey (Dave), Tammy (John) and Darren (Tina); and his grandchildren, Ian (Jenna), Katherine (Andrew), Jennifer (Sandy), Connor (Mhairi), Melanie (Landon), Kieran (Susy), Emily and Mason. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jayne's Funeral Home (7 Birch St, Digby, NS B0V 1A0). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or charity of your choice.
