He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Buster" Handspiker and Flossie (Dukeshire); his brother Donald; his wives, Wanda (VanTassell) and Verna George; and his pet Ricki.
He is survived by: his brother Larry Handspiker of Ontario; his cousin Ron VanTassell of Digby; his daughter Kim (Andy) of Berwick; his grandchildren, Mitchell Williams, Shayla Adams and Dominic Larkin; his great grandchildren, Finn Williams, Dominque Wheeler, Dorian, Devon Gaudet, Tamara and Cali Lynn Larkin; and his stepdaughters, Sharon, Wendy, Tammy, Karen and Nancy.
