He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Fredericks; his son Sean Fredericks (Julie Wong); his grandson Connor Fredericks of Digby; his niece Julie VanTassell (Janet Bowers) of Liverpool, NS; and his nephew Mark VanTassell (Donna).
