She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hunt and Alice Hunt (Bateman); her spouse Lovett Hamilton; her sons, Clinton Charles and Lovett Jr.; and her siblings, Stanley "Billy", Charles, Ronald, Maisie, Mary and Ethel.

She is survived by: her children, Darlene Auby (Randy) of Digby and Ray (Michelle) of Kentville; her grandchildren, Christina Auby of Digby, Mattias "Matt" of Kentville, Lucas of Kentville and Tyler Hamilton of Kentville; her great grandchildren, Owen and Oliver Potter of Digby; and her sister-in-law Jane Hunt (Charles) of Toronto, ON. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
