He was predeceased by: his former wife Darlene Ann Bernard; his parents, Geraldine Bernard and Alex Bernard; and his grandparents, Agnes Nelligan and Roy Keddy.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dawn McShane; his siblings-in-law, Margot Meyers (Ralph), Jackie Bigelow and Stephen Bigelow; his sibling's children, Scott, Ashley, Alysa and Stephen; his brother Stephen (Charlotte); his children, Taylor (Sonia), Landon (Carleen) and Nolan (Alanna); and his mother-in-law Marilyn McShane (Mike).
