He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Patrick and Laura Maude O'Connor (Rumley); his brothers, Guy (Bob) and Carl; and his parents-in-law, Clare Hubley and George Walsh.

He is survived by: his wife Heather (Walsh); his brothers, Edward (Sue) of Kingston, NS and Gerald (Charlene) of Riverview, NB; his siblings-in-law, Joanne O'Connor of Thunder Bay, ON, Rick O'Brien (Bev) and Jerome Walsh (Darlene); and his nieces and nephews, Noel, Jordan, Nikki and David.
