It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gordon Mathie of Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Mathie and Agnes Mathie (Payne); and his wife Jean Ann Mathie (Evans). He is survived by : his children, Sue Coleman (Kevin), Karen Heighes (Sam), Jeannie Mathie, Andrea Mathie and Andrew Mathie; his grandchildren, Ryan (Erin), Trevor (Rosalie), Adrian (Nicole), Nick (Kelsea), Ian and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Kai, Simone, Jack, Ryelee, Luca, Charlie and Isabella; his friend Mona O; his daughter Carla Purcell (Stephen); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Kayleigh; his son Mike O'Brien (Sarah-Jane); and his grandsons, Tom and Ted.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gordon made to the Oceanview Continuing Care Home would be greatly appreciated by his family.
