We announce the death of Ida Elizabeth (Betty Crawford) Cunningham (Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 18, 2026, at the age of 88. Ida will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Claude; her mother Doris; her brother Ronald Brown; and her brothers-in-law, Ruel (Marjorie), Roy and Earl (Clara).

She is survived by: her children, Claude "Junior" (Mary), Carolyn Hebert (Stuart) and Laurel MacKenzie (Eric); her grandchildren, Deonne (Claude), Steven (Crystal), Christopher (Josh), Jayme-Lee (Jeremy), Tyler (Lindsey) and Kaitlyn (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Lexie, Patrick, Carter and Jaxon; and her sisters-in-law, Ellen Cunningham and Margaret Brown. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
