He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perry and Mary Perry (Youden); and his siblings, Josephine, Gertrude, Thomas and Dominic.

He is survived by: his wife Zita; his children, Della (Kelvin), Dale (Blair), Dwayne and Daniel (Tara); his siblings, Eileen, Mercedes (Clarence), Ruby and Johnny (Cornelia); his grandchildren, Stephen, Maggie, Grace, Candice (Chandler), Christopher, Hannah, Nicholas and Sarah; and his great grandchild Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
