She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Billard and Rose Billard; her husband Manny; and her siblings, Bob Billard and Florence Symons.

She is survived by: her children, Bobby (Sue) and Rhonda Glasgow; and her grandchildren, Kyle Nowe (Johnica) and Ashley (Todd).
