It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Scott Kelly of Ellershouse, Nova Scotia, born in Windsor, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gloria Maynard and Marshall Kelly; his stepfather Basil Maynard; and his close friend Robert Archibald. He is survived by : his brother Kevin (Deanna); and his close friend Sherry Dunbar.
