In the sacred silence of farewell, Donald David is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Donald David's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Darlene Gillis, Marilyn Gillis (Bruce MacDonnell) and David Gillis (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Dayna, Charlie, Mason, Liam, Jacob and Luke.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 133 (50 Old Enfield Rd, Enfield, NS B2T1C9).
