Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Evelyn Joan Gibbon (Elmsdale, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 85, on February 16, 2026. She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, John Blois and Ella Blois (Keyes); her siblings, Orrin, Archie and Marion Smith; her parents-in-law, Annie and Bertis Gibbon; and her siblings-in-law, Billy Gibbon, Larry Gibbon, Allen Gibbon, George Wells, George Smith, Laura Blois, Bernice Gibbon and Betty Wells.

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Mark Gibbon, Cleve Isenor, John MacDonald, Phyllis Blois, Margie Gibbon, Peggy Gibbon, Linda Isenor, Janie Gibbon and Barbara MacDonald. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Elmsdale Cemetery.
