It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lou Harold Ryan of Elmsdale, Nova Scotia, born in Hartington, Ontario, who passed away on July 3, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Ryan and Eva Ryan (Walker); and his siblings, Ron, Bill, Marlene, Yvonne and Anne.

He is survived by : his friends, Light House Fish and Chips; his wife Beatrice Barron-Ryan; his children, Tim Barron (Gail), Judy Barron and Kim Ryan; his grandchildren, Barron Rygiel and Briana Barron; and his brothers, Rodney (Marge) of Kingston, Ont. and Wayne (Sheila) of Kingston, Ont.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
