With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley Jeanette Isnor of Elmsdale, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on September 17, 2025, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Fraser and Braden Fraser; and her husband James Isnor. She is survived by: her children, Sandra, Janice, Jimmie and Barry; her grandchildren, Isaac, Kelty, Blaze and Braden; her siblings, Betty McFarland of Victora, BC and Loran Fraser (Winnie); and her close friend Jacob. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ettinger Funeral Home (860 Hwy 2, Elmsdale, NS B2S1M1). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Riverview United Church (760 NS-2, Elmsdale, NS B2S1G6).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverview United Church.
