He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Douthwright (Berg) and Whitney Douthwright; and his siblings, Yvonne, Sylvia, Robert and Bernard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Higgins (Russ), Janet Whitenect, Eileen Phalen (James), David, Derek (Patty) and Roger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
