He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Glen" Palmer and Helen Palmer (McDowell). He is survived by: his wife Lois (Frame); his children, Jessica (Jeff Stone) and Jacob (Meagan Srickland); his siblings, Frances Palmer-Barlow, Wayne Palmer, Beverley Pearson and Billy Palmer; Brian.
