He was predeceased by: his parents, Cedric Mason and Jessie Mason (Dillman); and his son-in-law John Canning. He is survived by: his wife Josie (Logan); his children, Amanda and Bradley; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Kathryn; and his sister Doreen Lake (Mason). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
