He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Blanchard and Marjorie Brenda Isenor; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" (Hines); his brothers, Clifford and Donald; and his nephew Bruce Preeper.
He is survived by: his sons, Jan and Derek (Charmaine); and his grandchildren, Makayla (Ryan), Madison "Maddie", Wyatt, Heath and Heather (Brandon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
