He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Nieforth and Annie Nieforth (Isenor); his wife Jeanne Nieforth (Shirley Cuvelier); his brothers, Alfred and Ronald Nieforth; his stepson John Davies; and his grandson Wyatt Davies.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Nieforth (Annemarie) of Perth, ON and Kelseigh Nieforth of Orleans, ON.; his stepchildren, Jeff Davies (Lora) of Canaan, NS, James Davies (Brenda) of Carrolls Corner, NS., Janice Rowlings (Brian) of Porters Lake, NS, Debby Mossman (Wayne) of Arnprior, ON and Terry Caldwell (Bruce) of Fall River, NS.; and his grandchildren, Chris Nieforth, John, Justin Davies, Kassandra, Kimberley, Kristina, Kandace Davies, Jesse, Janine Rowlings, Jacqueline Roberts (Amanda) and Stephen Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Anglican Church (3534 NS-2, Fall River, NS B2T1H7).
Family flowers only and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Thomas Anglican Church, the Kidney Foundation of Canada - Nova Scotia, or Operation Smile.
