He is survived by : his wife Tanya White (Taylor); his son Adam White; his pet Belle; his mother Anna White; his parents-in-law, David and Sharon Taylor; his siblings, Mary White (Kevin Martel), Sydney, Cape Breton, Judy White (Charlie Zlataric), Sheldon White Philippines (Friendalyn Cardona) and Joseph White Terrance Bay (Judy White); his brother-in-law Brad Taylor (Jamie Taylor); his nieces and nephews, Olivia Taylor, Drew Taylor, Danielle MacNeil, Erica MacNeil, Greg White, Adrian White, Melissa Hyman, Christopher MacNeil, Shailou White and Sheen White; and also, Sharon and Dave.

“So very sorry to hear of Francis's passing. It wasn't that long ago we met for coffee. I met Francis through work. He was a "character" as only a fellow Cape Bretoner could be. He would often stop by for a chat since we were both in the office early. He had a thousand stories of his early years in The Bay. Francie was kind and always spoke with great love and affection for Tanya and Adam. He was very involved in the KOC and his church. He will be missed by many outside the family. Wayne M.”
