She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Power and Patricia Power (Marreau); her son David Payne; her grandson Wayne Tooke Jr.; and her sister Dianne Power.

She is survived by : her pet Belle; her daughters, Dianne Riley (Ian) and Sherry Tooke (Wayne); her grandchildren, Katelynn Riley, Courtney Harnish (Nick), Phalieshia Payne (Greg), Issac Payne, Thomas Tooke and Chanse Tooke (Denise); her great grandchildren, Sophia, Layla, Paris-Ann, Natalie, Christian and Harmony; and her siblings, Thomas Power, Shirley Payne (Donnie), Ronald Power (Brenda) and Rita Flynn (Laurie).

Donations in memory of Barbara may be made to a charity of one's choice.
