He is survived by : his parent Barbara "Barb" Logan (MacBurnie); his wife Michele (Davis); his children, Grant and Kaylee; his brothers, Brent (Tanya) and Gordon (Alison); and his nieces, Miranda, Shayla and Ava. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dave may be made to a charity of one's choice.
