She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip L. Whitman and Margaret Whitman (Mills); and her husband Peter. She is survived by: her son John (Carly Campbell); her grandchildren, Ross and Katharine; her son Michael (Patricia Beaton); her grandchildren, William and Lucy; her daughter Heather (Mark Prince); and her grandchildren, Victoria and Andrew (Nicole).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. George's Anglican Church (465 Sangster Bridge Rd, Falmouth, NS B0N2A0). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 2:30 PM at 171 Castle Frederick Rd, Falmouth, NS B0P1P0.
