She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pye and Julia Pye (Bond); her husband Hugh; her son Kevin; her brother Neil; her parents-in-law, Ernest and Gladys Parks; and her sisters-in-law, Francis, Patsy and Deborah.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen (Don); her daughter-in-law Amy; her grandchildren, Melissa (Shean), Sara (Keith), Jaclyn (Kyle), Derek (Brandi), Taylor, Zachary (Emma) and Zenon; her siblings, Wilma (Fred), Bill (Nell), Johnny (Vee), Butch and Robert (Jim); her siblings-in-law, Linda, Sheila, Susan (Michael) and Bill (Juanita); and her close friend Brenda Keating. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Florence Legion.
