She was predeceased by : her parents, William Franklin and Jean Franklin (Weir); and her son-in-law Neil Tibert. She is survived by : her daughters, Lisa Tibert of Freeport and Katherine "Kate" Browne (John Owens) of North Kingstown; her sisters, Janice Anderson of Duxbury, Mass., Anne Yelle of Freeport and Susan Franklin (Colleen) of East Sandwich, Mass.; her grandchildren, Dylan (Ellery), Chloe (Nolan), Riley, Kelsea and Sophie; and her great grandchild Salem. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and very dear friends.

Donations in her memory may be made to Tender Loving Care (TLC) Animal Shelter or Friends of Ferals.
