She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Musial and Bertha Musial (Boutilier); her husband Archie; and her siblings, Charlie, Michael, Greg, Conrad, Paul, Toni, Rena and Leonora.
She is survived by: her children, Ernie (Verna), Paul (late Cathy), Archie (Linda), Greg (Mary), Perry (Vicki), Isabell Attwood (Tommy) and Edwenna Campbell (Travis); her sister Isabell Musial (Dominion); and her sister-in-law Peggy Beaton (Truro). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the Hospice Cape Breton or the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
