She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Vickers (Tutty) and Richard Vickers of Sydney Mines; her husband Duncan "Buddy" McInnis; her siblings, Margaret Long, Betty MacNeil, Isabelle O'Handley, Theresa MacLean and Alexander Vickers; her parents-in-law, Florence and Roderick McInnis; her daughter-in-law Leah McInnis; and her grandson Sean Cantrill.
She is survived by : her sister-in-law Vonnie; her friends, Leona, Marge, Marg, Vonnie and Mae; her children, Francis McInnis (Janet) of Rusagonis, NB, Geraldine Cantrill (Mike) of Calgary, AB, John McInnis (Shelley) of Middle Sackville, NS, Joseph McInnis (Michelle), Sydney Mines and Wayne McInnis of Killam, AB; her grandchildren, Wayne (Genna), Michelle (Marc), Leah (Cameron), Breton, Connor, Joseph, Reagan, Evan, Sarafina, Jema and Krystal (Bradley); her great grandchildren, Hendrix, Isla, Dylan, Kash, Hudson, Vance, Andi Marie, Bradley, Alexa and Landen; and her siblings, Geraldine McInnis, Richard Vickers (Marg), Sydney Mines, John Vickers C. S. C of Welland, ON, Tom MacInnis, Georges River, Farrell McInnis (Frances) and London of Ontario. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
