With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hannah Kate Hanrahan (Glace Bay, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 28, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Boutilier (MacLean) and Freeman Boutilier; her daughter Margaret; her siblings, Freeman Jr., Tommy (Linda), Marylou (Johnny) and Mary; and her nephews, John and Tyler.
She is survived by: her brothers, Arthur (Ralphina), Lennie (Bernadette), Mickey (Doreen), Joseph (Amanda), Freddy (Susan) and Herbert; her grandchildren, Ava Grace, Logan and Evan; her siblings-in-law, Bernie and Ann Marie (Manny); and her godchildren, Betty Jane, Geneva, Billy Joe and Bernie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Patten Funeral Home (71 Union St, Glace Bay, NS B1A 2P6). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Patten Funeral Home Chapel (71 Union St, Glace Bay, NS B1A 2P6).
