He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bernard and Hannah Crawford (Farrell); his wife Mary Rose Crawford (McInnis); his daughter Elizabeth Ann Crawford; his siblings, Bernie Crawford and Marilyn Boucher; and his niece Laura Lee Walsh (Crawford).
He is survived by: his sons, James "Jim" Crawford Jr. (Florence) and Kenn Crawford; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Boucher, David Boucher and JB Crawford; his grandchildren, Tyler King (Amy), Brittany McNeil (Ryan) and Cathy DeCoste (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Nikale, Emily, Madelyn, Shaun, Emery, Lucas, Braelyn, Kaleeah, Madison, Jayce and Kinsley.
