We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2022, at the age of 104, Ruth Donelda Beaton (Glace Bay, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Alex MacDonald and Myra MacDonald (Crewe); and her husband Nelson. She is survived by : her children, Donnell (Betty) and Karen (Toronto); her grandchildren, Allison Barclay (Ben), Ross Barclay (Karen), Karen Beaton and Kim Musgrave (Charles); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Sophie and Sam. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and their extended families.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate remembrances to SPCA or to the donor's choice.
