She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ellsworth and Beryl Ellsworth (Andrews); and her siblings, Anne and George. She is survived by: her children, Jason Ellsworth and Nicole Gorham-Elder (Darren); and her siblings, Debbie Sabastian (Reggie), John Ellsworth (Nancy) and Jim Ellsworth (Laura). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cape Breton Cancer Centre.
