With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Stevenson of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 10, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stevenson and Flora Belle Stevenson (MacDonald); her sisters, Juanita MacRury and Sheila Ford; her nephew Sheldon; and her partner Freddie MacKenzie.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Darlene, Sharon, Sheila, Robert, Peter, Dana and Steven; and her great-nieces, Katey and Sydney.

If you so wish, memorial donations may be made in Sharon's memory to the Glace Bay Lions Club Walk for Guide Dogs, a cause close to her heart.
