He was predeceased by: his parents, Duart Cooke and Viola Cooke (Smith) of Donkin; and his son Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cooke (Boutilier); his children, Billy (Sherrie) and Angela (John); his grandchildren, David, Brycen, Shaylee White and Shayne Cooke; and his siblings, Margie MacLeod (Eric), Patsy Hayes (Breton) and David (Susie).
