She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl McGrath and Rose McGrath (Harvey); her former life partner Guy Furlong; and her sisters, Caroline MacInnis, Jean Fossheim and Evelyn Martin.
She is survived by : her husband John Day; her children, Michael Furlong, Eileen Furlong, Kelly Young, Sandy Young, AmyLee Day, Merland and John Day Jr.; her siblings, Harvey McGrath and Margaret Emmitt; and her close friend Bernard Young. She is also survived by several grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Social distancing protocols must be followed and masks are mandatory for people outside of Marion's family bubble.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Martha's Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
