She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurier Gosbee and Muriel Gosbee (Fenton); her son John Dort; and her brother Michael Gosbee. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Dort (Yvonne) and April Dort; her grandchildren, Nicholas Dort (Kathleen), Logan Dort (Carly), Brennan Fox and Ethan Fox; and her siblings, Joyce Gosbee, Patricia Hayne, Mark Gosbee, Laurella Embree and Joseph Gosbee. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Wesley United Church.
