He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Redvers Harmer and Elsie Harmer; his wife Audrey (Kennedy); his sons, Andrew (Chris) and Richard (Jane); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Abigail, Jack and Harriet; his great grandchild Raya of England; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Kennedy, Frieda Kennedy, Arthur Kennedy (Sydney), Joseph, Arnold and William Kennedy.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church (86 Church St, Guysborough, NS B0H1N0). A prayer was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:25 PM at the St. Anne's Roman Catholic Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Gordon's memory to St Ann's Parish or a Charity of choice.
