With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Leona Elizabeth Richard of Guysborough, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Munroe and Mary Munroe of Charlos Cove; her husband Bernard; her daughter Janette; her adoptive daughter Cindy; and her siblings, Joseph Munroe, Basil Munroe and Viola Doiron.
She is survived by: her children, Hazel Martin (Larry), Shirley MacPherson (Donnie), Wallace (Paula) and Flora Farrell. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Recreation Dept. of the Milford Haven Home for.
