Alice Bernice Workman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2019, at the age of 91, Alice Bernice Workman (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Mader (Larder) and Frank Mader, Sr.; her husband Jim Workman; and her brother Frank Mader, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Allan Workman (Darlene), Teresa Workman (Gordon Hiltz), Stephen Workman (Cherry) and Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Lindsay Workman (Adam Langford), Orry Workman (Tiffany Joly), Ellen Hiltz of Ottawa, ON and Wilson Hiltz of Borden, ON; her nieces, Nancy Petrie (Lunenburg) and Laurie Moxon (Towriss); and her siblings-in-law, Les Towriss (Mount Uniacke) and Vena Workman of Whitehorse, YK. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Christ Anglican Church, New Ross or the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
